The next style of home is the Town House. A
single-family dwelling unit constructed in groups of three or more attached
units in which each unit extends from foundation to roof and with open space on
at least two sides. They are separate units that share at least one wall
with the neighbour. They often have very small front and back
yards. Like Condos Town Houses often have Fees that are used to pay for
Front Yard maintenance and structural issues. Town houses are often lower
priced and have lower property taxes than Detached and Semi Detached
Houses. The main disadvantage might be the small yards and having to
share up to two walls with neighbours. Some Town Houses also
have community facilities like pools and fitness centres.
